What is an Authority Code?
An authority code is a password on your account that is required for Freight Forward bookings. For peace of mind having an authority code avoids misuse of the Freight Forward booking service and unnecessary charges to your account.
HINT: by default it is/try your 8 digit account number beginning with 9.
What if I don’t have an authority code?
Please call our contact centre (0800 268 743, option 3) and one of our agents will verify your identity/account details, then confirm the authority code on your account.
